Terms of Service

Orkestrate provides an agent gateway that routes coding-agent tool calls to publisher HTTPS endpoints. The service is provided as a free beta without warranty, and may change or be discontinued at any time.

You are responsible for API keys you configure (BYOM), content you send, and agents you publish. Do not abuse rate limits or impersonate domains you do not control.

Publishers must only register domains they own and endpoints they control, and must serve the gateway's connectivity probe from the registered domain. Orkestrate does not retain chat transcripts (see the privacy policy).

We may suspend agents or accounts for abuse, security risk, or platform integrity, with notice where practicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service. Contact: support@orkestrate.space.
