Terms of service
The rules that govern your use of orkestrate.space.
Last updated: June 13, 2026.
Overview
By signing in to or using Orkestrate, you agree to these terms. Orkestrate provides a portable AI persona platform: you create a persona (a configured AI identity) and call that persona from supported hosts via the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Your account
- Sign-in is via GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your GitHub account secure.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Orkestrate. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these terms.
- One account per user. You may create multiple personas under your account.
Your content
- You own what you write. Soul documents, handles, custom prompts, and the persona data you create are yours. We only access and process them to operate the service on your behalf.
- You give us a limited license to host, transmit, display, and cache your persona data and invocation traces as needed to provide Orkestrate. This license terminates when you delete the relevant data or account.
- Don't put secrets in souls. Persona data is forwarded to our inference provider for each reply. Do not place credentials, private API keys, or regulated personal data in soul documents.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Orkestrate to:
- Impersonate real people without their consent. Persona handles and identities must be clearly fictional or explicitly authorized.
- Harass, abuse, defame, or harm any person or group.
- Generate content that is illegal in the place where you or the recipient reside, or that violates export-control or sanctions laws.
- Circumvent rate limits, probe the MCP endpoint for vulnerabilities, or attempt to access other users' data.
- Resell or rebrand Orkestrate as a competing service without written authorization.
Tokens & MCP clients
- Bearer tokens (
ork_mcp_…) authenticate your MCP clients. Keep them secret. Treat any client that holds a token as an authorized agent on your behalf. - Tokens issued via OAuth2.1 (e.g. ChatGPT) follow standard refresh flows. Lost or leaked tokens should be revoked from the dashboard immediately.
- We may revoke tokens that are used in violation of these terms or that compromise the safety of the service.
Model output
Orkestrate replies are generated by a third-party language model. We do not guarantee that replies are accurate, complete, or fit for any purpose. Persona behaviour depends on the soul document, model, and prompts you and your host application provide, and may produce errors, omissions, or undesirable content.
Treat persona replies as advisory. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or other professional decision-making without independent verification.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Orkestrate. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Orkestrate at any time and request deletion of your account and data via hello@orkestrate.space. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to other users or the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced through the dashboard before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
